Who am I

I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist with a background in humanistic counselling, working with individuals to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and lasting personal change.


My practice is grounded in a compassionate, relational approach to therapy, creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.


Alongside psychotherapy, I integrate holistic and mind–body practices including mindfulness, Reiki, EFT, and nervous system-informed techniques where appropriate.

Who I work with

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or burnout, and are looking for deeper support than talking therapy alone.


Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with stress or emotional regulation, or are navigating periods of change where old coping strategies no longer feel effective.


Together, we focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface, supporting nervous system regulation, and creating lasting emotional change.

My approach

My work is rooted in humanistic psychotherapy, which means I focus on the therapeutic relationship, emotional safety, and helping you understand your inner experience with compassion rather than judgement.


Alongside this, I integrate holistic and mind–body practices such as mindfulness, Reiki, EFT, and nervous system-informed techniques where appropriate, to support deeper emotional processing and regulation.


This integrated approach allows us to work both with the mind and the body, supporting change that feels grounded, sustainable, and lasting.
